All prices and payments on the Norrixa website are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
PayPal Payments
When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment environment to finalize your purchase.
You can choose to log in using your existing PayPal account, or select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to complete checkout as a guest without creating a PayPal account
For PayPal guest checkout, all card information is entered directly on PayPal’s encrypted platform. Norrixa does not access or store your PayPal or card details.
All PayPal transactions are protected by PayPal’s own security and encryption standards.
Credit & Debit Card Payments
Norrixa accepts major credit and debit cards commonly used within the United States and internationally. Available card options will be displayed during checkout.

- Norrixa does not store your card information
- All card transactions are handled through secure, authorized payment gateways
- Your payment data remains encrypted throughout the entire process
If you encounter authorization issues, declined payments, or billing discrepancies, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank directly, as approval decisions are managed by your bank.
Google Pay
If supported on your device and browser, Google Pay may be available as a checkout option.
Google Pay allows you to complete your purchase quickly using a payment method saved to your Google account, without manually entering card details.

Apple Pay
When using a compatible Apple device and browser, Apple Pay may appear as a payment option during checkout.

- Norrixa does not process or store Apple Pay or card details

At no point does Norrixa store, process, or have direct access to your complete payment credentials.
Frequently Asked Questions – Billing & Payments
1. Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined for several reasons, including incorrect billing or card details, insufficient funds or credit limits, bank security or fraud-prevention checks, or temporary technical issues. For security reasons, banks typically do not share detailed decline explanations with merchants.
2. What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?
We recommend verifying your card details and billing address, trying a different payment method, contacting your card issuer for approval, and ensuring your card is enabled for online or international transactions. Once the issue is resolved, you may safely attempt checkout again.
3. Was I charged if my payment attempt failed?
No. If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, no charge is completed by Norrixa. Any temporary authorization shown on your account is typically released by your bank within a few business days.
4. Why do I see a pending or temporary charge on my account?
A pending or temporary authorization may appear when a payment attempt is made. This is not a completed charge and is usually removed automatically by your bank within a few business days if the transaction does not go through.
5. What currency are payments processed in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are determined by your provider and are not controlled by Norrixa.
