⚠️ Important: Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery failure, which could affect refund or replacement eligibility.

Returns & Replacements

All items purchased from Norrixa are protected by a 90-day refund or replacement guarantee, starting from the delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.
  • Once we receive the returned package, processing may take up to 14 business days. You will be notified via email after completion.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1 – Contact Us

Send an email to service@norrixa.com within 90 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Share Order Information

Include your order number, item code(s), and the reason for your request.

Step 3 – Attach Evidence

Photos clearly showing the issue will help us review and approve your request faster.

📌 Please Note:

  • Do not send returns without prior approval.
  • After shipping the return, please email us your tracking number.
  • All returned items are inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.

Order Cancellation

Unpaid Orders

Orders that have not been paid can be canceled at any time. Please email service@norrixa.com with your order number.

Paid Orders

If payment has already been completed, contact us immediately. Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you are eligible for a full or partial refund or a replacement.

For items damaged during delivery, please request a Proof of Damage document from the carrier and include it with your return.

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds apply only to regular-priced items.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Returns sent without contacting our support team in advance will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are typically reflected within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times may vary).

Shipping Costs & Fees

Returns Due to Personal Preference

If a return is requested because of personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

In cases where the item received is defective, damaged during transit, missing, or incorrect, Norrixa will cover the full cost of return shipping.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking, handling, or relisting fees for approved returns or exchanges.
